Upstream from the Port Royal Sound and Colleton River is an unspoiled 3,000 acre private island not much different than it was in the early 1800's. The historic Tabby Ruins adjacent to the golf course, are a reminder of the beautiful Edwards' family mansion and working plantation. The clubhouse has a European flare accented by floor to ceiling windows. Both Spring Island restaurants are open year round. Property owners are required to join the equity club. The initiation fee is $125K and 60% is refundable, if you sold your Spring Island home in the future.
