My husband Mark and I are so genuinely thrilled to be a part of this community. The day we moved in 3 neighbor girls (ages 8-10) brought us homemade blueberry muffins, when we thanked then and told their parents how thoughtful it was they told us they had nothing to do with it, it was all the girls idea. What a welcome! Since then we have many wonderful friends. We have monthly dinners which are either held in our Club House, by the pool or in our "crab shack" People truly enjoy living here and the fact that our developer is our neighbor says a lot, which adds to the "family" feel of the neighborhood. He knows us all be name and is accessible to us all. We have never felt so happy or content in a neighborhood before and we have moved many, many times (14 to be exact. We are here to stay and could not love it more!!!!
