Coosaw Point has a small town feel as opposed to a planned development. People know each other and take the time to talk and get to know each other. We have only been here 2 months, but we already know many neighbors and feel at home. Coosaw Point is on a personal scale, with enough space to breath and slowdown. The nature is beautiful and Southern Charm is the theme. No golf or "keeping up with the Jones". The development is a family business and the Gallant live in Coosaw Point, keeping with the personal scale of the neighborhood. It was an easy decision to pick Coosaw Point and we love it more everyday!

The community is special in a number of ways: proximity to the Intracoastal Waterway, maintenance of the grounds, pool and clubhouse area is excellent, huge trees and Spanish Moss make for environment hard to describe without seeing it. The first time we met a crowd of folks at a little gathering I felt like it was home. The warmth and welcome they gave us made my family feel like we belonged. As for the friends we can count now at Coosaw, too many to talk about. It's like we've lived here all our lives.
