I have never lived in a community that was as friendly and giving as Coosaw point. I love the mixture of retirees and young families and it is fun to minglw with the younger crowd. They keep me young. We have the quiet of the country and yet close enough to all that beaufort and the beaches offer.

I love my neighbors. There is wonderful diversity of young families, retired families, and families with older kids. There are many activities like tennis lessons and workout classes.
