"Coosaw Point has a small town feel as opposed to a planned development. People know each other and take the time to talk and get to know each other. We have only been here 2 months, but we already know many neighbors and feel at home. Coosaw Point is on a personal scale, with enough space to breath and slowdown. The nature is beautiful and Southern Charm is the theme. No golf or "keeping up with the Jones". The development is a family business and the Gallant live in Coosaw Point, keeping with the personal scale of the neighborhood. It was an easy decision to pick Coosaw Point and we love it more everyday!"

"Buyers beware! Contrary to some misleading real estate postings, advertising claims and photos there is no deep water access at Coosaw Point. Channel connecting community dock to ICW is not dredged to "deep water" standards and runs as little as 6 inches at low tides. Boaters may have to wait 2 to 3 hours (depending on craft) to launch or to return to dock. Less than ideal in case of a storm or an emergency! "
