Entering the market place in 2006, River Dunes has 115 property owners to date of the 650 planned. The majority of amenities are already built at this early stage of development at this Inner Banks marina community. Additional amenities are proposed; The River Club overlooking the Neuse River, a swimming pool, tennis courts and a commercial village.
