They have everything I was looking for when we planned our move to NC. The neighbors become your friends instantly, and everyone waves no matter if you know them personally or not. So far the developer has over delivered on finished amenities, and those still in the planning stage are constantly being amended and changed to meet the communities needs. The developer really listens to the residents most of the time. We looked into several communities in the area and this one showed the most promise and had all of the elements we were looking for.

We looked at many communities and decided this was the best fit for us. The sales staff and the developer are great, they do what they say they will do. All the residents are very friendly. We purchased property there and can't wait to move. Everything is done first class in the community. It has a great location, about 15 minutes to downtown Wilmington and 25 minutes to the beach, and stores are nearby, everything we were looking for.
