The neighborhoods and the people are great! The common areas are beautiful. Club house is too small and so is the fitness and wellness center. Billards would be nice and a craft room with equipment.

The are not enough pools for the number of houses or gym facilities. We need larger recreational facilities. We also need a light at Lowcountry & Brunswick Forest Parkway. I lived in Florida with 100 apartments and they had 5 swimming pools. We need another bigger indoor swimming pool. We also need a sauna. HOA fees are going up to much.
