The cost for a family membership is approximately $69 a month.

The Village Center is designed to mirror Biltmore Village and features English Tudor architecture. Businesses catering to the Cheshire community include The Blackbird Restaurant, The Morning Glory Cafe', Michelle Salon and The Artisan Gourmet Market & Wine Bar. Planned amenities include a Cheshire Lodge, Cheshire Bed & Breakfast and the Cheshire Conference Center. Cheshire Chapel and the great lawn are the gathering place for many beautiful wedding ceremonies. The Village of Cheshire Cabins situated at the top of the neighborhood face Black Mountain. Cheshire Cabins can be rented overnight or for longer.

Home styles at the Village of Cheshire include traditional mountain vacation homes, two story treehouse cabins and cottage homes. Families who don't want to be far away from modern conveniences or travel on dirt roads, will find the Village of Cheshire one of the best places to live in Asheville NC close to downtown and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
