Property Owner Reviews

Property Owner: Pat
The people are the best and most helpful than anywhere we have lived. The scenery is spectacular and the amenities are great and within most of our budgets. Combine these with low taxes, the accessibility to a city and airport, we add up to a five star community. We have been very happy with our medical doctors and facilities. We have been here 15 years and have enjoyed every minute.

I found Tellico Village to have an aesthetic value with the beauty of the natural environment (rural setting with lakes & mountains). Additionally, there are opportunities for residents to become engaged in the many social and physical activities Tellico Village has to offer.Tellico Village consists of friendly and helpful villagers, many who volunteer their services within the community. Come join us as a neighbor, you won't regret it.

The type of people who seem to move here are the people we would have wanted as our neighbors and friends over the 30-plus years we were busy working and raising families. Now we have time to get to know them!

Nice people, great amenities, beautiful location, very well managed. The most common comment by new residents is, "We can't believe we actually live here!" After eight years here, we are still saying that.

I've lived here 25 years and it just gets better and better. The people (friendliness and support) the activities(so many choices), the home selections,(single family, townhouses, condos and senior living), the relative mild weather conditions, and the low cost of living cannot be matched. In over 75 years, I have been so content as I am living here.

Tellico Village offers a wide variety of things to do and is within 35 minutes of the Great Smokey Mountains and a vibrant mid-sized city (Knoxville). When we crave a bigger city, Atlanta & Nashville are close by (within 2 1/2 hours).

Neighborhoods are secluded. Plenty of clubs with enthusiastic members. Great golf courses. Four community restaurants constantly revamping to cater to residents’ needs. Several privately owned restaurants to offer competition. State of the art wellness center offering multiple classes. A beautiful lake with surrounding mountains. Only one local grocery store but many high end stores relatively close. Constantly attracting new ventures because of a growing community. Can’t say enough good about this place.

Because of ease of making friends. The social clubs are accessible and affordable, the taxes are reasonable , the cost of living is affordable, the location is centered on the eastern part of the USA, the crime is almost non existing, the people of TN are friendly, the natural beauty of the area is some of the most beautiful, hills and mountains and the lakes are some of the cleanest in the USA. One can travel by ship from the lakes of the Village around the world. Four seasons to enjoy, with a long growing season.
