Club membership for the Village Recreational Centers are affordable; family memberships are approximately $485 a year or $43 a month, individual memberships $310 per year or $27 a month.

We have the most fun-loving, friendly, helpful, and active residents. There is a club for every activity one could think of, otherwise, someone starts a new club for it. We have several churches and opportunities to volunteer one's services. An added feature is our close proximity to the beautiful Smoky Mountains and to Knoxville, a very professional, friendly city. We have everything anyone could want plus four seasons as well to enjoy, but hardly any snow. We are rather centrally located in the US, easy to go from here to anywhere to travel.

On September 30, 2010, 25 years later, Cooper Communities closed operations at Tellico Village focusing on new opportunities elsewhere.
