Tellico Village has it all. Boating , fishing and beautiful, well maintained Golf courses. In addition , Recreation and Well Centers for all ages. Our maintenance employees keep the "village' in tip top condition for us. Our 'club ' restaurants are excellent to have a pleasant lunch or dinner at reasonable costs and the staff are there to make your lunch or dinner a nice event. Prices are very reasonable. A great feature is the 'pay as you use', system. For example, if you want to use the pools , you pay a nominal fee. You don't get charged a yearly rate even if you don't use any of the facilities. A cost savings for many. If you want to spend your Golden years in leisure and in an affordable area, Tellico Village is the place for you.

All the people are extremely friendly. With so many activities and amenities, it's easy to meet people with common interests. We have done more socially in the last two years than we did in the previous 20 years prior to retiring here. The weather is great, giving us four seasons, with mild winters. The property management is responsible, responsive, cooperative and very transparent. The monthly fees are very reasonable, and the entire area is well maintained.
