Wonderful people, great amenities-wellness center, 3 golf courses, boating, beautiful yacht club with great food. Lots of socializing opportunities, a New Villager group to help acclimate to area, provides social activities to meet new friends. Wonderful state parks for hiking and 1 hr from Smoky Nat. Park.

Near a great city, Knoxville, with Chattanooga, Atlanta, Nashville less than 3 hours away. Great golf on our 3 courses and so many more within 1/2 hour drive. Boating is fantastic. We have marina facilities or boats up to 36 ft and covered slips for boats up to 65 ftare available across the lake. Too many clubs and activities to discuss, but there's something for everyone or if interest exists just start it. Don't forget the mountains, smokies and cumberland. Over 11million visit each year and we're only 45 min. away. Most importantly our neighbors are simply the best!

This community has everything one would want to retire to. The area is beautiful going north, south, east or west. We have activities for most hobbies, 3 beautiful golf courses and club houses (2 to be upgraded this year, the cleanest river (Tellico Lake), beautiful Yacht Club less than 20 minutes to Knoxville, 2 malls closer than that, Smoky Mountains 45 minutes, interstates north/south (I-75) and east/west (I-40), Tennessee Volunteers sports available about 30 minutes away, airport 35 minutes away. We love it!
