The Kahite Activity Center has 2 Har-Tru tennis courts, a swimming pool, fitness classes, fitness center with locker rooms and saunas. The Chota Recreation Center is a 17,460 square foot facility with 4 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, heated outdoor swimming pool, pickleball courts, full gymnasium and children's playgrounds. The Kahite Activity Center has more wellness amenities. Club membership for the Village Recreational Centers are affordable; family memberships are approximately $485 a year or $43 a month, individual memberships $310 per year or $27 a month.

We LOVE living in Tellico Village. There are so many things to do. This is the friendliest community we've ever lived in. The amenities are fabulous - state-of-the-art wellness center and library, 3 beautifully maintained golf courses, all the social clubs you could want, an assisted living facility, restaurants, a village square with churches, banks, and a great beauty salon. The community is growing and has a dedicated committee assessing the needs of its residents as they age and instituting ways to accommodate this population so that they/we can stay in Tellico Village and remain as independent as possible. It is a fabulous place to live!!
