Grande Dunes SC is an established beach and golf community on the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach. Centrally located, the gated community with over a dozen unique neighborhoods occupies over 2,200 woodsy acres just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. Myrtle Beach is considered one of the top South Carolina destinations by families around the world. Miles of hard sandy beaches, hundreds of restaurants, funky tourist attractions and endless golf are a few of the accolades. 

The Myrtle Beach golf real estate development features an 18 hole golf course with seven holes along a high bluff above the Intracoastal Waterway and a golf school. The Phil Ritson-Mel Sole Golf School has sessions year-round covering every conceivable aspect of the game, and these classes range from one to three days long. Grande Dunes is on the list of the “50th Best Courses in South Carolina” by the South Carolina Golf Course Ratings Panel. The Grande Dunes club is one of 22 golf club clubs offering club members excitement and variety living in Myrtle. Property owners are not required to join the club.

The Grande Dunes Tennis Club within the gated community is an award-winning 6,000 square foot facility with a fully-stocked pro shop. Lessons are available for all members of ages and ability levels. Book a private lesson with an experienced USPTA-certified pro or sign up for camps including summer camp for kids, cardio tennis, clinics, and tournaments. Kids can benefit from the club’s after-school programs, and they even offer classes for homeschooled juniors. The club has a start-of-the-art fitness center at the Grande Dunes Tennis Club, and provides members and their guests the opportunity to use state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training equipment.

The 25,000 square foot Ocean Club is entertainment central at Grande Dunes SC. Residents enjoy private ocean access here, and there are also pools for children and adults, as well as a whirlpool. Food and beverage service is available poolside and on the verandas; beach umbrellas, lounge chairs, and towels are provided to members here, and guest passes may be purchased for the pool. Guest passes are offered for daily, weekly, or monthly use. A more informal Member Lounge provides private space for meetings, events and other activities at one of this Myrtle Beach golf real estate development. 

The Marina at Grande Dunes has modern floating docks containing 130 wet boat slips as well as 1,200 linear feet of lay-along floating docks which can accommodate vessels of 120 feet or more in length.
