We came very close to buying in a similar development here and count our lucky stars that we ended up here. In the first few weeks that we lived here, we received visits from multiple neighbors bringing gifts. Who does that anymore? This neighborhood is wonderful. The side yards in the Park Square neighborhood are only 15 feet apart. All my neighbors are truly inter-connected. We are NOT INTRUSIVE neighbors, but caring individuals ready to assist one another regardless of issues. Our developers Robert & Anne are totally entrenched in the community. They live and work the development they cherish so highly. The entire community is pristine clean and beautifully landscaped.
