The Reserve at Lake Keowee Launches a New Neighborhood Release

The Reserve at Lake Keowee recently began a Reservation Program for Phase I homesites in its Settlement Village neighborhood in the Upstate, an area that continues to be one of the best places to live in South Carolina This advance reservation program is now open to the public.

“We’re very excited about this new neighborhood for The Reserve and looking forward to the new level of community it will bring,” David Fleming, The Reserve at Lake Keowee’s General Manager, said. “Settlement Village has some of the most stunning views on the property.”

Pyramid Construction, Inc. is developing Phase I of Settlement Village, which will include 20 lots, many with elevated lake, golf and mountain views. The Reserve currently has three home designs by Wright Design, which will range from 2,200-3,200 square feet. Homesites range from the $100s to $250s and home/lot packages will begin in the $600s. The Lake Keowee neighborhood will also include a Pavilion, Pool and Central Lawn set to be completed in May of 2018.

Pyramid Construction, Inc. will construct the Woodland, Crestview and Bridgewood Cottages with natural and engineered exterior materials. Fiber cement will create the look of painted wood clapboards without the maintenance and natural mountain stone accents the home and chimney along with cedar roof shakes. The Cottages will have spacious and functional floor plans with the option of a third terrace level.

The new Lake Keowee neighborhood will be located on the property directly opposite the Great Lawn and the Orchard Clubhouse. Settlement Village will include the new pool pavilion amenity, with restrooms, showers, fitness room and central lawn for community events and family recreation.
