Hilton Head Lakes Builds Two New Amenities in 2018
Excitement is on the horizon at Hilton Head Lakes in coastal South Carolina. The new amenities center and golf course clubhouse are currently under construction and progressing nicely. The plans for the Amenities Center were unveiled at the end of last year. The project is expected to be completed in the latter half of 2018. Features will include a fitness center, gathering room and large screen porch for property owner functions, a resort shaped pool with lap lanes, beach entry area with geysers, and a shallow lounge area with the main body of water in the middle. In addition, a hot tub, two pickle ball courts and an outdoor grilling area will flank the pool area for the property owners’ enjoyment.
