Currahee Club Set to Host Kentucky Derby Party
Coming this week, to one of Georgia's best golf communities for southern living, is Currahee Club's eventful 2016 Kentucky Derby Party. Property members, guests, and the general public are invited to come dressed to impress, and enjoy the Kentucky Derby with great food, friendly people, and all of the first-class amenities that Currahee Club has to offer. The Kentucky Derby Party will take place Saturday, May 7th from 4 - 7 p.m., and will be hosted by the Currahee Women’s Club. Attendees will gather to watch the races while enjoying Derby Delights provided by Currahee’s culinary staff. Proceeds from the day will benefit Open Arms Clinic, a nonprofit agency whose mission is to provide free health care to the uninsured residents of Stephens County. An Italian buffet will be available after the event.
