Seaside

Meet one of the most talked about towns on the Gulf Coast of Florida, the beach community of Seaside. Founded in the early 1980’s, its architecture, curb appeal and walkability caters to families of all ages. The 300 home beachfront neighborhood is a classic example of New Urbanism tucked amongst 80 acres situated between Panama City and Destin Florida. Here you’ll find a dozen cafes and restaurants along with one-of-a-kind retail shops and boutiques in its own town center.

Seaside is graceful set within miles of sugar-white sandy beaches and azure-colored water that tickle the soul. Nine private beach pavilions welcome residents to the beach at the end of their street. Seaside amenities include three swimming pools, six tennis courts, a fitness center, croquet lawn, amphitheater, chapel and community parks in addition to the restaurants, cafes and marketplace. Residents also enjoy a weekly farmer’s market along with seasonal parades, 5k runs/marathons and social events. 

During the summer months, concerts on the lawn take place every Wednesday at 7pm at Central Square. The square is so pretty it’s been named one of the twelve most beautiful places in the world by Business Insider.
