With the Lake, golf courses and other amenities it is a great place to live. The low tax structure helps make it affordable. The best part, however, is the people. We never imagined we would have so many great frriends.

There is no reason anyone in Tellico Village should ever be bored. There are almost too many activities/clubs in which to participate. The level of volunteerism is way above anything I have ever experienced elsewhere. Fees and taxes are very reasonable. The biggest reason this is a great place to live is the other people living here.

My husband and I moved to Tellico Village 9/2015 and have loved every minute. The mountain and lake views are breathtaking and there are clubs and social events to match any person's interest. Everyone we have met is welcoming, we are close to shopping and outstanding medical facilities. The community is well kept and lovely with a moderate climate. We love it here!!
