In 1986, Dan Cooper of Cooper Communities began development Tellico Village, a Tennessee golf club on one of the most beautiful Eastern Tennessee lakes. On September 30, 2010, 25 years later, Cooper Communities closed operations at Tellico Village focusing on new opportunities elsewhere. In April 2011, Dan Cooper announced Village Homes as the new homebuilder at Tellico Village of which he and his brother Wes Cooper founded.

We have on file the 2010 Income Statement and 2011 Budget for the Tellico Village Home Owners Association which represents the homeowners. The (TVPOA) Tellico Village Property Owners Association was formed by Cooper Communities. TVPOA owns, manages and controls this Eastern Tennessee lake community amenities.
