Exciting New Year, Exception New Releases at Brunswick Forest

Brunswick Forest NC happy life
Published on January 25, 2019

Brunswick Forest, one of the hottest-selling communities in the nation, has geared up for the new year with a host of new property releases. Jerry Helms, vice president of sales for the award-winning, master-planned community, said this is an especially exciting time because several new neighborhoods within the community are being released in the first quarter. “It’s earlier than in some years, which sets us up for a great year ahead,” he said. “We are hearing from people who were unable to tour in late 2018, and they are now making plans to come see all the new inventory.

As a result, January tours are already up from last year.” Like all properties throughout Brunswick Forest, the new homes and home sites cover a range of architectural styles and price points.

PARK WEST

One of the best values in Brunswick Forest, Park West is the sister community to the established Parkway Crossing neighborhood. Park West continues the popular coastal cottage charm and easy style of living of Parkway Crossing, as well as its attractive price: beginning in the low $300,000s. “We call it amenity-rich living because the lifestyle for the price is truly remarkable,” said Helms. “All Brunswick Forest homeowners have access to all of our exceptional amenities without the additional costs of joining a country club.”

Speaking of amenities, Park West is also well located within the community. It’s right down the street from the main Fitness & Wellness Center’s indoor and outdoor swimming pools, exercise facilities, as well as tennis and pickle ball courts. Other amenities include the renowned Cape Fear National® golf course, a third swimming pool with an adjacent exercise room and meeting space, miles of walking and biking trails, a small boat launch, and a vibrant town center of shops, restaurants and services.

THE LAKES

Named for three lakes that anchor the neighborhood, these homes and home sites offering water and nature views will be released in phases. Exclusively a Kent Homes development, North Lake features West Indies-inspired architecture that epitomizes the open and airy feeling many homeowners desire. Outdoor living adds to the square footage, with spacious patios and screened loggias that take full advantage of the mild weather and lovely views. The next phase will surround East Lake and West Lake, and will be open to all builders in Brunswick Forest. “This section will not follow a specific architectural theme,” explained Helms. “Homeowners are free to purchase a site and build to suit their individual taste.” In addition, Lakeside Villas town homes meet a strong demand for that style of living.

EGRET COVE

Inspired by enormously successful Park Landing, Egret Cove is a new neighborhood comprised of 75 home sites and a great deal of flexibility based on the customer’s own timetable. Buyers may secure the home site they want now and build later, or they can choose among stunning home collections by three esteemed builders— Legacy Homes by Bill Clark, Logan Homes and Kent Homes—and begin the process right away. Homes here will range between 1800 and 2400 square feet, with open floor plans and a coastal aesthetic.

By October of 2019, builders will have model homes that are fully furnished and decorated, as well as move-in-ready homes for purchase. Helms said Egret Cove will also be near an exciting new amenity that will begin construction in 2019 and open in 2020. Helms said the developer is finalizing plans now on what will be “a facility on par with a luxury resort.”

CAPE FEAR NATIONAL

Some of the most coveted home sites in the community are in Cape Fear National, on and near the award-winning golf course that winds throughout Brunswick Forest. In 2019, new sites with lake and nature views will be released, the first of which will go on the market this summer. “In addition to these exciting new neighborhoods, we still have a few properties available in some of our existing neighborhoods,” said Helms. “Banyan Bay, for example, has been very well received and is nearly sold out… but not quite. It’s a gated, Florida- style enclave across from Cape Fear National that has a special feel all its own.”

Helms said people interested in learning more about Brunswick Forest should schedule a tour right away. “The question remains not whether people will find something that suits their taste and budget, but whether or not it will still be available when they get here.”
