Brunswick Forest - The Excitement Continues into the Fall
What’s all the excitement about? For starters, a visit to one of the best coastal towns in North Carolina by America’s Southern Belle. Over 900 people toured the new homes in Banyan Bay, Brunswick Forest’s newest gated enclave in the award winning Wilmington NC real estate development. Paula Deen was a gracious guest hostess signing cookbooks and chatting with prospective home buyers and property owners.

The Novant Health Oceanside Family Medicine Oktoberfest 15K and The Joyce Irish Pub 5K race courses travel through the beautiful planned community of Brunswick Forest on paved running trails, through picturesque Meadow Park, across wooden bridges and over a 1/3 mile elevated boardwalk through a nature area. The course is flat, fast and picturesque.
Brunswick Forest has a network of over 100 miles of walking and biking paths leading to community parks, nature trails and boardwalks. Sidewalks line every road and parallel the accent lakes.
