For the lucky folks and families who have discovered Balsam Mountain Preserve in Sylva North Carolina, gazing out oversized picture windows overlooking the Ninth Fairway on an Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course high in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina is a dream come true.
