Harbor Club on Lake Oconee Real Estate Sales Jump 47% in 2017

With the year-end numbers all tallied, Harbor Club Properties has announced a 45% increase in real estate sales compared to 2016, according to  the Lake Country Board of Realtors. Harbor Club reports that $26.5 million in home, homesite, cottage and townhome properties were sold last year compared to $18.3 million in 2016. Additionally, the lakefront community has 23 new homes currently under construction by existing property owners, and over 50 new home builds are planned for 2018.
