This upper class equestrian community features some of the most beautiful Vero Beach luxury homes in one of the best Florida retirement cities on the East Coast of Florida.

This exciting biennial event, co-chaired by the Honorable Hilary M. Weston, co-founder and Creative Director of Windsor and former Lt.
