LARGEST MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITIES IN NORTH CAROLINA

Brunswick Forest in Wilmington North Carolina is proud to have two of the community’s preferred builders listed as 2015’s Top 100 Builders in Builder magazine. Tribute Homes and Bill Clark Homes are once again in the top tier of all of the builders in the country in terms of number of closings and gross revenue. “This Top 100 list is highly-anticipated each year by builders,” says Annah Norris, sales and marketing director for Bill Clark Homes. “Bill Clark Homes is honored to be on the list once again this year. Being a Top 100 Builder is a prestigious accomplishment, and is key to being successful in the long run.” In keeping with their continued growth and success, Bill Clark Homes has plans to open a second company design center and has selected Brunswick Forest’s commercial town center, The Villages at Brunswick Forest, as the center’s location. “Bill Clark Homes is not a one-size-fits-all kind of builder,” says Norris. “We offer multiple product lines and this new design center in The Villages will help us customize homes for new residents of Brunswick Forest. Our partnership with the community has been integral in ensuring our growth as a company and our continued prosperity.”

Likewise, these partnerships with quality regional builders like Bill Clark Homes and Tribute Homes, are also one of the secrets to Brunswick Forest’s continued success over past years. Both companies bring a high level of expertise to the home-building process within the community. “Builder magazine is one of the top authorities in the country on all things home-building related, and it is a testament to the health of the market in the Southeast that two builders from our region are represented on the Builder Top 100 list,” says Brunswick Forest Director of Sales, Jerry Helms. “Not only is it great news for the region, but it also shows why Brunswick Forest has been able to build its success by teaming up with reputable builders who can provide our customers with the kind of homes they want and deserve.”

Solid builder partnerships have also aided Brunswick Forest in establishing itself as unique among other master-planned communities in the region, and gaining prominence through distinctions like being recognized as an Ideal-LIVING Community by Ideal-LIVING magazine. Last year, Bill Clark Homes built one of two Ideal-LIVING Homes in Brunswick Forest and, this year, the community has been tapped by the magazine once again to host one its Ideal-LIVING Homes for 2015. Construction is underway for the 4,000 square foot Ideal-LIVING custom home built by Tribute Homes in Brunswick Forest’s premier neighborhood, Cape Fear National.

The 2015 Tribute Homes’ Ideal-LIVING Home will feature richly detailed four-sided architecture, carefully-considered window placements to maximize the abundant North Carolina sunshine and gracious, open living spaces. The home’s main living space will feature 18-foot ceilings crowned by stained beams and dormer windows with a two-sided fireplace serving as a focal point for both the living area and kitchen. “We are extremely excited about this new Ideal-LIVING Home,” says Helms. “It’s unprecedented that we would be selected as an Ideal-LIVING Community two years in a row, and we welcome to opportunity to allow Tribute Homes to demonstrate their home-building expertise and show why they, along with Bill Clark Homes, are one of the top builders in the country.”

Ideal-LIVING magazine and website is geared toward promoting developments and communities that epitomize the ideal lifestyle for people aged 45 or older, and to help showcase homes with unique features. Brunswick Forest’s selection as an Ideal-LIVING Community for two years in a row demonstrates the community’s high standards for home design and construction, amenities and lifestyle. “We chose Brunswick Forest as one of two destinations that cater to the needs of the pre-retiree and retiree markets,” says Ideal-LIVING Editor in Chief, Kelly Godbey. “We look for amenity-rich communities that are proximate to all you need to live an ideal lifestyle. For example, proximity to healthcare, shopping and culture are all factors. Brunswick Forest has all of the amenities that our readers seek, such as walking trails, fitness centers and a sense of community. Ideal-LIVING is proud to partner with both Brunswick Forest and Tribute Homes to showcase this Ideal Home that will feature the latest in building techniques. We wanted to showcase a truly livable floorplan with lots of room for entertaining.”
