Biltmore Lake Reviews

3.4 / 5 (10 reviews)
"It's not. The neighborhood harasses its residents. I love to walk but feel very uncomfortable walking because of the constant harassment. Second If you have a family the neighborhood looks ideal. The hidden secret is families with children are not welcome. The houses are over priced and the some of the residents are snooty and they have the loudest voice. There are many other neighborhoods in Asheville that way friendlier I would look at them first. I am assuming that you only put positive reviews on this site but you should include reviews like this since there are residents that feel the same way and have moved. I want to help other people not to make the same mistake."

"No not welcoming. Neighbors are snooty. You often feel like a prisoner on you own neighborhood due to constant harassment by the staff. Families are of children and children are looked down on."
