There are also three models of Veranda homes which range from 1,355-1,569 square feet, with starting prices the mid to high $200k's. In addition to the amenities they share in common, most Veranda homes have tile in the wet areas and wooden cabinets. Lennar's famous coach homes start in the low $300k's. Two floor plans are available, the 1,741 square foot Florence and 2,110 square foot Verona. Executive Homes and Manor Homes are priced from the mid $500k's with floor plans ranging from 1,649-2,246 square feet. The two models of Manor homes start in the high $400k's.

Estate Homes are priced from the $700k's ranging from 2,300 - 2,800 square feet with two or three card garages. The closest, best schools in this area are Lely Elementary School, Manatee Middle School, and Lely High School.
