The beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and Boca Grande are spectacular and not far away. Residents are not required to join the golf club and the gated community is golf cart friendly. The high quality low maintenance homes are set in an ideal setting featuring a wide array of amenities for all. There are approximately 1,400 homes in the neighborhood built to date of the 2,500 homes planned. Condos, villas, cottage and carriage homes, chateau homes and single family homes are all offered at Pelican Preserve. Both new and re-sale options are available in the numerous neighborhoods accented by fresh water lakes. 

Condos can be found in the Ravenna and Siena neighborhoods while attached villas are located in Toscana, Treviso, Trieste and Verona neighborhoods.  Avila features detached villas. Carriage homes are the style found in the Aviano and Sevilla neighborhoods and single family homes are located in Bellagio, Monticello, Portofino and Trieste. Homes are priced from the mid $150k's to the mid $600k's. If you desire to build a new home, Pelican Preserve has numerous options available with gourmet kitchens, granite countertops and screened lanais. Condos also known as chateau homes are available in the Palazzo I and II neighborhood.  All 3 floor plan options are 2 bedroom and 2 bath with square footage between 1,248 and 1,385. It's hard to find more beautiful Naples FL retirement communities. The Seina, Ravenna and Bellagio neighborhood's are closest to the Plaza del Sol amenity center and the golf clubhouse. 

Chateau homes are priced from the mid $160k's. Cottage homes available in the Materita neighborhood, are inviting attached villas that feature 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with an optional 3rd bedroom or den. The lovely single floor homes with attached garage have one floor plan option and start in the mid $200k's. Square footage ranges from just under 2,300 to almost 2,500. Villa Homes consist of four thoughtfully designed floor plans with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and an attached garage. The homes have square footage options from just over 1,500 to just under 2,000 square feet. The charming standalone homes are being built in the Materita neighborhood are priced from the low $200k's. Carriage homes offer unique carefree, single floor living with private elevator access if you are living on the second floor.  The homes have 2 floor plans available with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths featuring just over 1,700 to almost ,2400 square feet in living space. Both the first floor and second floor have a 2 car garage. Pricing starts in the mid $200k's.

Carriage homes can be found in the Casella and Viadana neighborhoods. Grand Villa Homes are featured in both the Materita II and Carena neighborhoods. There are 10 unique floor plans from which to choose, offering 2 bedrooms, 2 baths option starting at 1800+ square feet to 3 bedroom with optional den and loft and up to 4 ½ baths with over 3200 square feet of living space.  The Grand Villa homes also have attached 2 car garages and are priced from the mid $200k's. Single family homes are being built in the Azzurra and Solaro neighborhoods.  Pelican Preserve is offering four classic home floor plans which have 3 bedrooms and between 2 and 4 baths.  All models offer a 2 car attached garage. Square footages range from 2,400+ to just under 3,000. The single family homes are priced from $370k's. There is something for everyone at Pelican Preserve located in one of the best Florida retirement cities.  Pelican Preserve is located in a (CDD) Community Development District. CDD fees are approximately $800 per year.
