"Great people. Well run HOA. PMC builder is not Customer centered. They only build to minimum code, not quality. After sale warranty is adversarial and can take 12 months of emails."

"We are totally dissatisfied with the quality of construction; constant problems that have ruined the experience of a new home. PM's responses have been poor to say the least; some small problems identified before closing are not fixed 18 months later; I hav efixed many myself. Now, we're faced with digging up the front yard - for the second time - due to poor installation of the sewer line, and PM does not appear anxious to participate. The file is an inch thick. We will likely exit this place soon. "
