In the heart of it all, Icon in the Gulch is Nashville's newest 424 unit pet friendly building with fantastic views of Nashville's city skyline. Its location is sweet providing quick access to Interstate 65 and 40. The 22 story Nashville luxury condos building has an eight story parking garage, two rooftop swimming pools, two fitness centers, a social clubhouse with a media room, billiards and 24-hour lobby concierge service. In 2010, Icon in the Gulch sold three times more units than the nearby Rhythm, Encore and Terrazzo Nashville condominium buildings. After touring Icon in the Gulch, we suspect Icon's high quality amenities and chic interior finishes have contributed to Icon's rapid sales during the slow 2010 real estate market. The Icon is where you'll find a beautiful low maintenance apartment in downtown Nashville. 

There are two sections in the Icon building where you can find Nashville luxury condos; the mid-rise section and the tower section. Floor plans range from one bedroom one bath units around 600 square feet to two bedrooms two and one half bath penthouse units approximately 2,000 square feet. The Icon units have floor to ceiling windows, spacious bathrooms and closets, ten foot ceilings, spacious balconies and stained concrete flooring. Prices range from the mid $200k's to over $1 million. Monthly maintenance fees are approximately .34 cents per square foot.

The lower level Zen-like courtyard swimming pool area and outdoor fire pits add to the outdoor living space on the seventh floor. The second swimming pool is located closer towards the roof top area, a hip feature for those moving to Nashville TN. Free Wifi internet access is available in the common areas. In 2010, the Best of Nashville Readers Poll voted Icon in the Gulch as one of the Best Places to Live.

The Icon is located at the CENTER of everything in the Gulch. The vibe here is incredible as opposed to other high-rise condos in the area. They feel cold and sterile, and when you exit their entrances, you are just standing on the street. When you exit The Icon, you are in the middle of excitement: shopping, food, bars- it’s amazing. There’s no way to explain it- must see for yourself!!!! In addition, the amenities are fabulous. Never a dull moment.
