While visiting Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock, we saw a host of amenities including two swimming pools -- one is oceanfront, the other a lakeside zero-depth (beach entry) pool, and a children’s water splash playground.  There is also the Cinnamon Beach Grill and Snack Bar, an adult recreational lounge, and a fitness center. We enjoyed the walking paths winding throughout the community and the beautiful lakes connected by timber bridges, shaded by palm trees which provide habitats for wildlife.  A 320-acre nature preserve is adjacent the gated community and boaters can find marina amenities about 10 minutes away.

Along with their own private resort amenities, property owners have the ability to purchase resort memberships at Hammock Beach Resort, home to the Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean Golf Course with six golf holes right on the ocean's edge. There are two types of additional optional club memberships as part of the Hammock Luxury Communities: Regular membership linked to property ownership and Recallable memberships. All of the condominiums, and most of these Palm Coast homes, are located within 300 yards of the beach. Homes at Cinnamon Beach range from three to five bedrooms and start in the $500k's;  oceanfront condos with three bedrooms start in the $200k's with golf course, lake, or ocean views. 

Homes and oceanfront condos for sale can be added to vacation rental programs when not in use by property owners. Occasionally, you can find lots for sale as well. Cinnamon Beach approved builders include Machin Design Builders and CBV Homes.

About 20 minutes from the beach community's gated entrance, Florida Hospital Flagler provides quality medical care with a variety of specialties while Daytona State College Flagler Campus offers lifelong learning courses for active adults.  Additionally, the Daytona Beach airport is the closest airport -- about 30 minutes to the south.
