Two separately managed homeowners associations are behind the singular gated entrance. One for the Somerset Bay condominiums and one for the single family Bermuda Club homes.
The well designed residences were built within the past decade, and some were completed as recently as four years ago. The Indian River Lagoon on the edge of the Bermuda Club is home to 36 rare and endangered species of wildlife including a full one-third of the manatee population of the entire United States.
