A full golf membership has a $28,000 initiation fee with monthly family dues of $477 or $367 for a single. A sports membership provides access to the fitness center, tennis courts swimming pools and reduced golf rates 4 times a month. The initiation fee is 14,000 with monthly dues of $263 for a resident family. Social club dues provides access to the outdoor swimming, clubhouse and reduced golf rates 6 times a month. The initiation fee is $7,000 and dues of $100 a month. Membership to club is not mandatory. HOA fees for improved property are estimated at $1,800 per year. Folks will find fees very competitive when paring up against Wilmington NC real estate developments.

The Sports and Fitness Center are appointed with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, heated indoor 25-meter junior olympic size swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, 3 Har-Tru tennis courts and sports courts. Estate Homes - spacious estate homes with extended golf and water views as well as views of the River Landing Clubhouse. Homes are priced from the $400’s to over $1 million.

The Vineyards - built around 18 acres of grape vines and sparkling lakes, The Vineyards homes begin just under $300K.

River Square Village - features low maintenance garden homes in a wooded or lakefront setting. Homes begin just under $300K.

Magnolia Bay - Southern Lowcountry Cottages featuring panoramic views of sparking lakes and rolling fairways. Homes begin in the low $300’s. 

Homesites are available in many of the neighborhoods. Homesite prices begin as in the teens to over $110K. The average homesite price is approximately $20K.

Residents can access Topsail Island and Wrightsville Beach in less an hour. The Triangle area of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill are about a 90 minute drive. Downtown Wilmington is about 30 minutes.
