The homes are beautiful with custom, quality finishes. The only disappointment has been the builder's lack of responsiveness in responding to punch list and warranty items. Most homeowners have outstanding punch list items as they put together their one-year warranty list. They don't contact homeowners for the 1- year walk-thru as advertised .... Requests to perform the walk-thru or respond to issues are completely ignored. Getting resolution requires constant follow up and a lot of patience. They build beautiful homes with lush landscaping, but their follow through is exceptionally poor.
