Everyone living at Compass Pointe is from some other part of the country so we all take great measures to welcome newcomers and to support each other through daily life. My wife and I have never experienced such a caring and loving group of neighbors who support us through thick or thin! Furthermore, residents typically wave to each other when passing when walking or driving a car within the community. One prospective new resident thought that this may have occurred because the people were hired by Central Casting. In reality this is so commonplace because we all genuinely like each other! Furthermore, there is a wide variety of clubs and sport activities available to meet whatever interests that residents have. The developer is revered by the residents and he continues to make significant investments in amenities, such as an indoor pool, lazy river, and a future clubhouse. He also acquired his own landscaping firm so that he can place more extensive landscaping materials in the common areas of the property. In sum, we are among the happiest residents in the United States because we enjoy a wonderful resort lifestyle while surrounded by loving neighbors who are our dearest friends!!!

We have been in the community for over five years, one of the first to build and move it. We have seen the community grow and truly appreciate the developer's vision and decisions in expanding the community. Many of new communities have failed because the developer spends too much on amenities up front, without enough reserves to continue through soft times. Our developer has planned for the future. Additionally, the care taken in the community as far as common area landscaping is special. The community really shows off during each season! And the owners take pride in the community as well; insuring that their homes are well taken care of. We love Compass Pointe, we love our Logan home!

The Compass Pointe residents care about each other so much and are so friendly. Everyone has a friendly wave as you pass them along the roads. They also are so helpful when a fellow resident has a medical or other one of life's challenges. Furthermore, our community has a Benevolence Group that promotes active support of local citizens in need outside of our own gate. In sum, Compass Pointe is large enough to be able to sustain a wide variety of activities and clubs, but it is small enough that residents know and appreciate each others gifts and talents. To us, it is the best of all possible communities!!!
