The Habersham Beaufort property was acquired in 1997 by Robert Turner and Stephen Davis. Construction began on Habersham in the early 2000's and by 2005, this Beaufort County real estate development had won its first award. Both Robert Turner and Stephen Davis have played key management roles in other successful developments in South Carolina.
