Development of WaterWays Township began in 2001. In 2008, Fletcher Management Company took over the project. Paul and Jerome Fletcher have been building best master planned communities in Florida since the 1960's which include Marsh Landing, Harbor Island, Serenata Beach Club and Palencia.
