Ford Plantation's marina provides deepwater access to the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. Boat slips are available up to 65 feet adjacent to the Ogeechee Outfitters marina store. The store offers fishing apparel and gear, boating accessories, bait and tackle.
Pete Dye designed the private championship golf course at The Ford Plantation reflective of Scottish-style links. In 2013, the club began a $7 million restoration of the golf course and the project is now complete.
