Established in the late 1980's, one of the area's top North Carolina golf communities has charm and curb appeal. The 18 hole championship golf course is the centerpiece of the neighborhood. Its understated clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool and tennis courts add to the core lifestyle amenities. Architectural styles are mostly brick homes and Colonial on oversized lots. Smaller footprint patio homes are located near the golf club. Property owners are not required to join the club.
