Beyond the edges of Waterside at Norris Lake, lush green forest compliment the emerald green lake along with the nautical blue and red accents decorating the expensive house boats docked at Waterside Marina.
Waterside is also a debt free community offering exterior maintenance free Norris Lake homes and spacious luxury condominiums. The high vaulted ceilings, upgraded kitchens and scenic views of Norris Lake deliver a big bang for the buck at Waterside. Two bedroom two bath condominiums are available in the mid $200k’s. Larger three bedroom condominiums begin in the $400k’s. Property owners purchasing at Waterside have the option of obtaining covered boat slips. For those folks who prefer to build a single family home, Waterside Cove is their sister Eastern Tennessee lake community on the northern side of Norris Lake.
