SPORTS COURTS & POOL

Upon completion of Crystal Lake, the second phase of construction will be the design and development of a sports court and pool for residents and their families to stay active.  The sports court will feature 4 pickleball courts, 2 bocce courts, a basketball court and playing fields.  The sports court is anticipated to be completed by late fall.  A new pool facility is also in the works and will be the final addition of the 2nd phase with an opening planned for next summer.

TENNIS COURTS

The next phase of improvement will be upgrading the existing tennis facilities at Lakeside with the conversion of the current basketball court area to a 4th tennis court.  The court will also feature a covered seating platform for spectating tournament play.  Upon completion of the sports courts at Parkside, this addition will be launched with of target of this fall season.

FINAL PHASE

The last phase of Parkside will be the development of a large playing field with a rubberized 1/3 mile track surrounding the field to provide additional resources for staying active at Hampton Lake while enjoying the impressive scenery that graces the community.  There will also be an enclosed multi-purpose pavilion building complete with an amphitheater stage and state-of-the-art catering kitchen for residents to entertain and plan social gatherings.  The final phase will be based on future sales in the Northern Sandhill Tract.
