The Cliffs Expands Presence with Two New Offices

Today, The Cliffs announced the opening of two new sales offices, one near its three mountain locations closest to Greenville, SC and one near its newest property on Lake Keowee.
Serving as home base for The Cliffs Real Estate teams, the investment in The Cliffs Information Centers will provide additional visibility and presence for The Cliffs throughout the Western Carolinas. The Cliffs sales teams have officially moved into the two new locations; one located across from The Cliffs’ Corporate Office on Highway 11 and adjacent to the Mountain Park golf course; and one located just off Highway 133 and nearest to Clemson, SC.
“We strategically planned the new Information Centers around our newest products: Dockside at Keowee Springs and The Cliffs at Mountain Park. Both Information Centers will increase curiosity of those passing through through the area, as well as support our sales team by creating easy accessibility to both ends of Lake Keowee. Generally speaking, you’re either on one end of the lake or the other, and now we’re on both,” Kent Smith, The Cliffs’ Vice President of Sales explained. “Our communities are spread between the Western Carolinas so having sales agents closer to all of our seven communities makes it easier on the prospective owner.”
Both new offices are up and running with have exciting plans to bring an innovative experience for prospective buyers from the moment they walk in the door.
