62nd Annual Patriotic Beaufort Water Festival

Coming this summer to Beaufort, one of the top places to live in South Carolina, is the 62nd Annual Beaufort Water Festival, featuring dozens of fun events and contests for people of all ages. Running for 10 days from July 14th - 23rd, the festival's schedule will include arts and crafts markets, shrimp boat tours, sporting events, concerts, dances and talent shows, and the Water Festival Grand Parade. 

The website also has information on tickets, applications for the parade and talent show, and volunteer and sponsorship information. During the big weekend of the festival, on Saturday July 22nd, there will be an air show with stunt planes and parachutists, followed by the Commodore's Ball. And on Sunday the 23rd, the Parade of Boats will sail down the Beaufort River in front of the Waterfront Park seawall.
