For the menu at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove, he innovates with classic and contemporary dishes such as Duck Breast, Vegetable Tagine, and Heritage Farm Pork Loin.

Confirming the culinary status of the masters at The Cliffs, is their recent win in the regional Competition Dining Series. In the culinary competition, The Cliffs team beat out 14 competing teams, and was named the champion of the Greenville Series. The winning team included The Cliffs’ own Executive Sous Chef Todd Warden, along with teammates Kevin Furmanek, Executive Chef of The Cliffs at Mountain Park, and Scott Denomme, Sous Chef of The Cliffs Valley. When it comes to wine, The Cliffs takes pride in its knack for fine wines. Apart from the food and wine festivals, wine plays a hearty role in the community's culture.
