April showers bring May flowers, and in April the Currahee Club ushers in a host of warm weather activities and events that can be enjoyed by the entire private community. Whether club members prefer lunching with the ladies or golfing with the guys, the activities calendar at this Southern Inspired community has something for everyone, and in the month of April the blooming fun kicks into high gear. 

GOLF IS BACK - Let’s hit the links. Golf season kicks off on Saturday, April 23rd during Currahee Club’s Golf Opening Day Tournament. It starts when the shotgun goes off at 10 a.m. and it includes lunch and beer at the Turn House. Visitors to Currahee golf club can’t say enough about the southern hospitality and friendliness of the staff there. Those who have played the course at the Currahee golf club can probably attest that this is one of the most challenging courses around.

MOMS ROCK -  They nurture, care and encourage and the Currahee Club wants to say thanks to them. On Sunday, May 8th mothers and grandmothers will be the honorees as the club celebrates Mother’s Day with a brunch at the Clubhouse.

THE POOL IS OPEN - Grab the sun block, flip-flops and sunglasses and head poolside; it’s time to celebrate summer. On Saturday, May 28th residents will gather for the Pool Opening Cookout and Entertainment. It’s the Club’s official kickoff to summertime. Here’s a look at other activities at the club to enjoy:
