To us, this Tennessee real estate development is one of the best places to live at retirement. Ask any local or members of the Rarity Bay Yacht Club and they will tell you 16,000 acre Tellico Lake is perfect for boating enthusiasts. Rarity Bay’s championship golf course is equally as enjoyable and is open year round to residents. Horses, golf, boating. Who could ask for more?
