One such club called the Gulch located at 124 12th Avenue South, offers a class called “Hotbox Fitness”.  This class offers a high intensity workout and is a result oriented forum that will push you to the limit while enjoying the motivational music and instruction that will insure that this one hour will be well spent in attaining participant’s fitness goals.  Very “in-the-now” this workout is offered to those seeking a challenging workout.

Another class offered at the Gulch, is “Barry’s Boot Camp” and has been rated as one of the “Best Celebrity Workouts” by Allure and Los Angeles Magazine.  This one hour workout targets the entire body and offers students a complete package when it comes to getting the ultimate in fitness results.

In Green Hills, exercisers will find “Krank Nashville” which offers a strength based total body workout that will push clients to the MAX.  Using a variety of fitness modems such as sandbags and TRX equipment, this studio has created a unique and effective program to target muscles in multiple ways.  Also offered here is a class called “30/30” which incorporates cardio training with 30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of “Krank strength”.

Another Nashville athletic club is “Go CrossFit”.  This gym is open 24 hours and is located at Cummins Station.  This high intensity workout combines an indoor sprint track, climbing ropes, sand bags, tires, sleds, aggression wall, kettlebells and an Olympic lifting platform to create an awesome hour of sweat and results.
