The evolution of aging in the last decade has encouraged many folks over the age of 50 to embrace the art of cycling as a way to stay fit and as an alternative to a sedentary lifestyle.  Cycling is a total body workout and is considered one of the most effective ways to ward off the signs of aging.  Cycling, in addition to providing an excellent cardiovascular workout, tones the legs, arms and even stomach as the core is activated throughout the course of the ride.

Additionally, increased stamina, coordination and elevated moods are also side effects of this highly popular sport.  It is non-impact and allows even senior riders the opportunity to keep joints agile while enjoying the scenery the Carolinas have to offer at the best golf communities.
