Just five minutes away from the art galleries, boutiques, entertainment venues, and restaurants of downtown Naples Florida, residents enjoy classic coastal living in one of the newer 2,400 acre Naples Florida gated communities inspired in part by the architecture and traditions of Old Naples. An opportunity is waiting to enjoy the unspoiled natural views and eight miles of hiking trails as well as lakes & waterways perfect for kayak exploration in one of the best Florida retirement cities. Wander through the shady mangrove, pine & cypress forests burgeoning with wildlife in their protected natural habitats. If an aquatic lifestyle is more to your family's liking, residents have access to a lakeside boathouse, community dock and kayak launch to explore the Cypress Waterway. Decorative bridges over the lakes add the community's curb appeal.

The Isles of Collier Preserve is a tight-knit community of 1,600 distinctive coastal themed single family and coach homes, the first of which are complete and ready to move in. There are also seven completely decorated models open to give you ideas if you’d prefer to choose home site and contract for your new dream home. The community's award-winning developer, The Minto Group, has constructed more than 20,000 homes in 44 Florida communities. The Isles of Collier Preserve is the perfect place to explore new construction in Naples Florida. Ranked #1 by the Eliant Homebuyers Choice Awards, Minto Group has also earned several other awards for their outstanding homes and communities. Details such as elegant crown molding throughout common living areas - including tray ceilings - screened-in lanais, and ventilated wood shelving in master bedroom walk-in closets are the sort of thing that sets Minto apart from the crowd. Each home is also pre-wired for telephone and cable to making moving in and getting set up easier than ever. "The Isles is a different community. If you are looking for Mediterranean/Tuscan, which is what Naples is known for, this community is not for you. There is a strong emphasis here on nature and all of its natural surroundings. When you travel through the community, either walking, biking, or kayaking, you feel connected to it all. We love the Coastal look of the homes. No surprise it won the 2016 CBIA Community of the year award (and several other national home builder awards) for its architecture and land use. A vibrant beautiful community! "

"The community is being built out with a focus on quality and livability. We never had any problems at all during the buildout. The builder/developer was truthful and professional throughout the process. The location is close to everything and we love the natural beauty of the property."
