Comprised of 67 cozy 550 square foot junior suites with King or Double Queen beds, and 6 comfortable 1,200 square foot two-bedroom, three-bath suite condominiums. Waterfront lots and resale homes are also available within the community. The full-service 72-slip marina with dockage can accommodate vessels up to 120' in length, so there is plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy your stay. Every condominium suite in the resort has a full kitchenette and a sleeper sofa in the sitting area; and almost all suites have their own washer & dryer for your comfort and convenience.

While you relax on the beach in chaise lounges or hammocks, Old Bahama Bay's refreshment service will keep you cool. Take a ride around the island on a complimentary bicycle or join one of the organized Ecology Tours or Bird, Sea Turtle, & Bottlenose/Spotted Dolphin watching expeditions. Served by its own private airport, Old Bahama Bay is an official Bahamas Port of Entry which means the convenience of on-site customs and immigration services whether you arrive by air or by sea. There are a few fees to be aware of: The Bahamas fishing fee, cruising permit and vessel clearance for boats 30 feet and under is $150, over 30 feet is $300.  Payment of fees covers entry for up to three people, after that additional passengers are charged $25 each. These fees cover two entries into The Bahamas within a 90-day period, and Customs only accepts cash payments. Old Bahama Bay is a pet-friendly resort. The Bahamas beach resort has two restaurants onsite; Teaser's Tiki Bar on the beach and the Dockside Bar and Grill.
