All offer a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Square footage ranges from 850 to over 1,500 square feet. Private residence club ownership provides for 12 weeks of owner usage. The remaining weeks are rented through the resort's rental program. Townhome prices begin from the mid $400K's and monthly fees are around $500 per month.
