"I most enjoy the natural beauty and peaceful feeling. The views of nature and wildlife within our community are spectacular. We also have a very warm community and the homes are situated in such a manner that there is a definite neighborhood feel. Golfers are challenged by TWO golf courses plus we have a par 3 practice course. The courses and all our grounds are beautiful and very well cared for. The tennis and other options for non golfers can keep anyone busy. That said: I moved here two years ago not being able to play golf but thanks to CR learning center and great teaching pros I enjoy playing as often as I can. Truly this is a place to learn new things and enjoy the low country. The location bordered by two rivers a nature preserve give you a feeling that you are far away but actually you are a short drive to shops and dining not to mention it is an easy trip for a day at the beach on Hilton Head, Old Town Bluffton, the Savannah or Charleston. It is ideal for our out of town guests as Savannah Airport is less than 45 minutes away. AND if you find you just want to stay home we a great fitness center, two clubhouses which provide a variety of options for dining. I love living here. "

"The place is in excellent shape but the entire model does not work....when you want to get out of this place you will take a huge loss whether you own a house or a lot...just look up all transactions on Zillow to see this....the board of directors has zero clue about how to increase property values. Just a matter of time before the place implodes. You have 12 lots for sale at $1 with some of them being $300000 lots in late 90's. That market is never coming back but the guys who run this place do not care as long as the greens roll true and the fairways are green...the place is great but they have the wrong formula for the future."
