The Henry Ford Estate was purchased in 1998 by Sterling Bluff Associates, a private investor group, who developed The Ford Plantation. The team of Sterling Bluff Associates have years of experience in building master planned communities in the Hilton Head South Carolina area.
In 2008, this Lowcountry real estate developer turned this South Carolina equestrian community amenities over the Property Owners Association debt free. There is no negative news found on the internet about The Ford Plantation or Sterling Bluff Associates.
