Property Owner Reviews
Development of Reynolds Plantation began in the late 1980's. In 2011, Reynolds Plantation was forced into court appointed receivership because of the lack of renewal financing by a group of banks during the frozen credit markets. Metlife, America's largest life insurance company, acquired Reynolds Plantation in August of 2012. After our site visit in 2012, we confirmed that this Georgia lake community is well maintained and appears financially sound.
